For one it was a very peculiar animation. Its very unclear on its story, however, It leaves me guessing. One thing I may suggest is lay off the motion tweens and go for the frame by frame. It will look better, and alot smoother. Also, what frame rate are you using? If you want animation to go alot smoother with frame by frame, I'd suggest 20-30 FPS. But other wise I liked it.
